Teleconsulting Training Lab (TC-Lab)

| Cohen Brown developed the Teleconsultling Training (TC) Lab to assist Personal Trust Administrators, Portfolio Managers, and Business Development Officers in developing their client base.
The TC Lab includes a FiNAP® dedicated to personal trust and investment management clientele and teaches the use of the Given Reality Test, in order to help clients separate critical financial goals from those that are non-critical. The TC Lab should be attended by all Trust Administrators, Portfolio Managers, and Trust Business Development Officers.
Additionally, to meet the Trust Business Development Officer’s need to acquire new client relationships, specified modules from Cohen Brown’s program New Client Acquisition and Deepening Relationships with Current Clients (Prospecting Lab) will be included.
