The Branch Series teaches the basic service and sales elements for all branch employees.
The program consists of twelve modules with topics ranging from basic quality service skills (smiling, greeting, using the customer’s name, thanking him/her for the business, and service rationales) to identifying sales opportunities for reference to the selling staff. The program is delivered in branch to all personnel, with particular emphasis on tellers.
